What does the role of a Carer involve at Sheppcare Services?
As a carer, your primary responsibility is to enhance the well-being of our clients. This can involve personal care, home help, and companionship.
How do I apply to become a carer with Sheppcare Services?
To apply, please fill out the form above, and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch to arrange an initial chat over the phone.
What training is provided?
All our new joiners go through the same, comprehensive training programme. You will be set online training to complete in your own time. You will also be in the office for 2/3 days for in-person training. Once the training has been completed, you will go out on shadow visits, where you will observe one of our experienced carers for a few visits, to get a real idea of the job role. Once training is completed, the office is available 24/7 if you have any issues during a visit.
